Our People
Director — Resources & Advisory
Matthew is a mining engineer and financial analyst with experience spanning mine operations and sell-side equity research. He has held metals and mining research roles at Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank, following earlier operational roles at Rio Tinto, Glencore, and Centennial Coal. He currently serves as Senior Research Analyst (Metals & Mining) at MST Financial, and provides independent consulting through Highview Research.
Director — Public Health Research
Emily is an Associate Professor and NHMRC Principal Research Fellow at the Matilda Centre for Research in Mental Health and Substance Use at the University of Sydney. She leads the Smoking, Vaping & Mental Health program and has published over 70 peer-reviewed papers, with research spanning the prevention and treatment of mental and substance use disorders. Originally from Dubbo, NSW, she brings a passion for health equality and improving services for vulnerable populations.
